We offer FREE US Shipping on orders of three or more and low flat-rate international shipping. No additional shipping, tax, or customs charges are required for international orders. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you cannot locate this email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you are still having trouble, please contact customer service and include your full name and order number in your email.

Please allow at least 48 hours for tracking details to update after receiving your tracking information.

Processing times vary, typically ranging from 1-5 business days, with an average of 2 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Note: If we are experiencing high order volume, order processing times may be longer. Any delays will be announced on our website at the time of purchase.

All orders to the USA are delivered within 4-12 business days (1-2 weeks). International orders have an estimated delivery span of 4-24 business days, depending on the country. For a more accurate delivery estimate for your location, please contact us. These are general estimates—some orders may arrive sooner, while others may take longer due to location, holidays, processing times, weather, or customs clearance.

We have a guaranteed delivery span of 45 days. If there is an unusual delay in delivery or if you notice any issues with your tracking information, please contact us immediately. You may be eligible for a full refund or reshipment. If you choose Premium Shipping at checkout, your order will be insured. If your order is lost in shipment or returned by the shipping company due to reasons outside your control, we will send you a reshipment.
